The moment you sign up for this Shitty Valley (not Silicon Valley) have it in mind that you've signed up for a shitty job.
Whether you are part time of full time worker. Whether you are jobless or self employed just have this in mind that,'entrepreneurship is a responsibility and not some fancy title.
'The price of greatness is responsibility', says Winston Churchill.
This means whatever you sign up for, you are solely responsibility for it's success or failure.
Now i realize this because i've been irresponsible in the right direction via numerous failed businesses.
Were they lucrative? Hell yes!.
Did i fail?. Yes.
Why?. Because i was irresponsible in the right directions.
Let your business plan span from 5 to 7 years. If you don't see it beyond 5 years of existence from when you choose to start, you should seriously consider your priorities. Because the money may be better off shopping or fixed depositing.
However realizing there is something called failure and that things take time also is important. Not every business decision we make becomes a success but we have to take risks none the less. So if you fail, you learn and move the heck on!
Don't sell me the glory of success, sell me the lesson from failure.
